Taylor Observatory is owned and operated by the Lake County Office of Education (LCOE). Overall management of the facility is handled by the Observatory Coordinator, an employee of LCOE. Docents are part time employees who give presentations and operate telescopes during events. A nonprofit corporation, Friends of the Observatory, provides a vehicle for the receipt of tax-deductible donations. For more information, click on a box below: |
